SERVICES OFFERED
New Vacancy clean- property/unit empty.
Deep/Initial- One time or to start regular service.
Post Construction- contractors must remove large debris.
Vacation Rentals- Cleaning between guests-Turnover service IS available. We also offer STR hosting/management.
Events cleaning- pre or post for birthdays, weddings, work events, ect.
New baby arrival- This cleaning can be performed with organic products [2 brands to choose from].
Ready for listing-
Similar
to a new vacancy but we will also clean the staged furniture/appliances.
Regular svc/Reoccurring-
We will come weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly & maintain the home & everything cleaned during the initial visit.
Commercial Cleans-
Available
as a one-time job or
reoccurring
service up to 5x a week.
Covid-19 Clean- infectious disease prevention protocols used.
Carpet shampooing- Min of 3 rooms req if not added with a cleaning.
Ozone Treatment- Must vacate property for 24 hour minimum.
Window Washing- interior + exterior
